Claiming territory

Upon trying to claim farmland territory under the Ilmater banner, nothing happened.  There were nothing in the area that would prevent it, it gave the option of claiming the territory, but upon choosing the selection "Take control of territory", nothing at all happened.

Not working, there was no hostiles or PC's that I could spot, didn't even give me the 'take control' option, all it said was that 'there is either a hostile monster or a non allied or hostile player character nearby'

I was trying to secure it for the Helmite Guardianship and it was controlled at the time by the Order of Cheerful Dead, if that has a factor in it.

Did you try it twice?  It seems like the first time it always gives you that dialogue, but the 2nd time it gives you the dialogue for staking a claim.  At least, it worked that way for me before.

If you are in party, and your party isn't on the area. It will not work.

Still bugged, area is unclaimed and I (litterally) clensed the area of NPC life (there was only Dire Rats, so it was fine IC). Definitly needs a lot of work and experimenting.

Banner was unclaimed, and I am trying to secure it for Fyoris.
