Rogue APR Suggestion

Give rogues a +2 BAB bonus at creation similar in the way some spells can grant extra attacks if your BAB is boosted enough, but a -2 AB penalty to counterattack it so all it would do is let rogues get their 2nd attack at 6 instead of 8.

It might be nice to spread the love of effectiveness over a few more levels for rogues as it seems everything from the best part of examine mark, to perk, to 2nd attack all come at 8.
