I'd like to see a vendor in the stadium that sells disappating potions for really cheap
to be used during tournaments

To promote tournament activities in the future it would be fun to see a gamemaster selling dissipating potions for use in bloodsport. The man or woman selling would be located inside the arena as to be only open during tournament events and not usable at all times. I believe that it would allow players to deviate from the common no potions no enchantment duels and allow for some fun variety during games events.
