Workmill Ore Collection

I am suggesting for a NPC to be made available within the Workmill that accepts ore found in the wilderness (and possibly Machine scrap, wires/metal) for a bit of gold and xp.
I could also see this giving favor points for some Workmill themed items.

This seems to follow the trend of arming Sanctuary for the war, and Red Guild industry starting to kick into high gear.

Also this gives a bit of incentive for prospecting and mining missions outside of Sanctuary, currently non Lair PC's who collect ore and minerals need to be overseen by a dm to actually do anything with them.
