Rogue Perk Changes

I see rogues as "skill specialists".  Unfortunately a rogue who specializes in either detection skills or stealth skills are always going to be out shined by a ranger whether pure or multiclassed.  I recommend the perks Detective and Stalker be changed to better reflect what they represent.

This perk represents a rogue who specializes in detection.  I believe the addition of the keen sense feat would make a rogue who specializes in detection (alertness, skill focuses, accompanying perks, etc) to be able to compete with the average ranger or ranger multiclass.

This perk represents a rogue who specializes in stealth.  Unfortunately a ranger will always be able to trump a rogue who specializes (skill focuses and stealthy feat) without even investing in any specialization feats of their own.  To rectify this I think the stealth bonus should be changed from MS +3/ hide +3 to MS +4/ hide +4 and given the use of camouflage once per day at the 8th level.
