I'm not sure if due to game mechanics it's not fixable, but I feel that the alleys should be auto-navigated by familiars that can fly. It can suck to be exploring and not be able to "jump" over an alley that a familiar could easily fly over. Is this something that can be fixed?

Climb over then use /c recall.  It will bring companions/familiars/henchmen/summons/AEs to your char as long as your are not in combat.  Lot's of situations snag these things, this command helps greatly.

"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

Oh wait.  Never mind.  You mean when you're possessing a familiar.

Would be near enough impossible to implement on familiars without Adding a new special power -which the ai would probably spam

If it's enough of a problem, maybe just give them a lot more tumble? To be honest I already thought most of the flying familiars had enough tumble.

PanamaLane

Its not a matter of tumble. While possessing familiars you can't climb or access certain transitions PCs can. I've brought this up before, but I imagine its too difficult to implement and thus it has not been.

The issue is, you see - is that Familiars cannot activate placable objects, conversation menus, anything like that
