The Old Hack

Well, that's it for Amber. She had a long good run and I am very grateful to the many other players who helped make her so great fun to play. The DMs, too, of course -- Sanctuary has been in a time of great change that was fantastic to witness and participate in. In particular my thanks to the Knights of the Golden Chalice who were probably the biggest single influence on Amber and her way of thinking.

Thanks, everyone!

A few screenies:

AirCanada

Good PC! She was Perry's best customer...he will sorely miss her!

The Samophlange

I always really enjoyed Amber. You did a wonderful job of portraying her mental state, and her lack of certainty felt very sincere. Unlike a lot of characters she was as willing to be influenced as she was to influence herself, going on a long journey from an auxiliary to a Watcher following Siamorphe. Really cool to see her change and evolve as her worldview was challenged from all sides!

Zango_Unchained

A lot of fun interactions on all the pcs I had during her go at it. Nice job.

OpenDoors

I really liked the realism this character had. Every interaction felt like I was dealing with a conflicted yet essentially good character, a person trying to do their best in a dark time. Well done.

Bouquet of Roses

Amber was the only one to ever believe N'Kirah when she said she didn't control the spirits, and didn't summon them on purpose :(
Best of luck with your nexy one, ToH!

grumpy

So it was those Chalice fucks that turned Amber's heart from greed to sinful altruism?  I screwed the pooch on that one!

Had some good times with the Hin-Watcher.

Silverfang906

Despite all their miss givings peredo would always have considered her a friend, good luck on your next one Toh.

Tala

Amber was fun. As Samo said, it's always a joy seeing PCs adapt and let themselves be influenced
