Antivenom and Tonics

I suggest essentially redoing the system in place for treating disease. At present we have one-size-fits-all cures for poisons and diseases that seems not all that different from the one-size-fits-all cures that magic offers for the same things, except that they don't double as lesser restoration spells.

First, I'd suggest that the currently existing antivenoms and tonics used to treat poison and disease instead give a bonus to saves versus these things for a period of time rather than actually cure anything. More skilled healers, especially those with relevant perks (Physician, RSD) and feats (Skill Focus) will get a higher bonus and longer duration on the improved saving throws.

The /c diagnose tool should be expanded to tell you what poisons and diseases they are currently afflicted with and have suffered from since they last rested. (In real life, I'm guessing poison doesn't pass through your body in one minute and then that's the end of it. So I think it would be nice if non-magical physicians could treat poison even after the combat is over and "poisoned" status has faded). Telling us what poisons they are afflicted with is important for the next bit:

Make specific antivenoms and cures drop from different quests, be craftable through alchemy/herbalism, and even sold in some stores. Have focused healers (those with perks and/or feats) be able to create cures from samples of venom. Using these cures on someone afflicted with the given poison or disease will cure the disease, and based on how good a healer the character is may even provide a lesser restoration effect if their roll was high enough (like, if they beat the DC by 10 or 15). It may be worth considering (I'm not sure on this) providing immunity for a period of time to a particular poison after its antivenom has been administered.

I feel this would be good not only for non-magical healers but all sorts of healers, providing more intricacy in how they are to do their jobs beyond spamming herbs and occasionally pulling out a tonic (it's not like anyone really uses antivenoms). It would also provide Ascetics and RSD's more viability as they would be able to restore themselves when hit by poisons, if they invested in healing as well.
