Teaching Monk Stances

I had a thought recently about monk stances. They're nice and flavourful. Reasonably strong, but not hugely. It would be fun if you could teach stances to other monks through sparring with them while using the stance. It could be a low chance each time you hit the monk or each time you subdue them with sparring mode. Sure it could probably be gamed, but I think it'd be a fun little flavour to be able to pass on the knowledge of stances through combat. Rival monks might even involuntarily share their stances with opponents when they use it against them.

Odds of learning the stance could even tie into skills like spot/listen or wisdom. Just a thought anyway. A really minor thing.

Limit it to non-ascetic stances only (for regular monks) and I think this could be a nice and easy thing to implement. At subduing/sparring regardless of outcome, small chance plus something something. Cooldown to rest or similar, maybe only learn one stance a reset.

I would absolutely love this- it would form natural "Master - Student" systems amoung monks, which IMO is a super cool part of Monk Roleplay.
