Watcher Patrols - The Workmill Blocked By New NPC

The Watcher patrol placeable outside the workmill is blocked by a fancy looking halfling scrapper and his supplies in the upper lefthand corner of the map. Without this patrol point I will remain low level forever. If someone could move it away from the other placeables I'd appreciate it

You can actually awkwardly shimmy into the patrol point but it's still very awkward and cumbersome. The NPC or the patrol point would be better off moved.

This was fixed pretty much the reset after it was broken. If that isn't the case let me know.
