Bathhouse Quest Rewards

I was with a group that completed the bathhouse quest today and the chests in the final chamber seemed to be somewhat off. While the bags throughout the quest had the usual items you would associate with it the final chests seemed to contain mostly basic items such as tarnished brass wands and other similarly weak goods, and one chest even spawned completely devoid of items in it. The gold that spawned was still a decent reward, but I thought I should mention it just in case something weird happened to the tables for those end chests.

Doesn't sound right but not sure what is wrong. Next time someone takes this quest it would be helpful if they alert me at the end so I can see what loot drops from which chests.
