Whether it be an appraisal check or a benefit of being an official merchant when the factions come out, giving smooth talkers a chance of not paying 50g per advertising sending might not be that bad of a thing.

Or scripting a crier that can be paid x groat to advertise your stall somewhere (whether it be "run to Peerage is say something in their square", or run to the open door and say the name of rented stalls/the name of the PC who paid her)
