Prestige Donations to Glumdrum

With how many different factions find use out of the prestige items,  I think that Glumdrum ought to have a place to donate these kingly gifts. Whether in order to use the items gained to feed those in need, provide better utensils, or for Glumdrum to hoard and sell off to the highest bidder to provide coin for the charity; I think it would be a neat idea that allows good PCs to help out with the charity in more simply providing coin.
