Ability to change tattoo color IG?

I don't know if this is possible or worth the time, but-

Some of the female heads have features (like their lips) that are modified by the color of your tattoos, which can lead to a situation where your PC has white lips... forever! A way to change this in character creation or even through a merchant interaction would be amazing for neurotic people like me.

This would be great, especially since there's a npc where you can add tattoos to yourself too. Perhaps give her the ability to also change the colors, if possible?

Thirding this. We have the functionality in the starting area, why not put it somewhere IG where you can have it done for money?
