I love this and am excited to play a ranger soon. There's a couple of FEs that look like that haven't been rebalanced for COR compared to the Underdark though.
Aberrations and Constructs aren't as common in CoR as I recall them being back in the (C1) UD days, and I think both of these could do with a small buff.

Abberation
    +1 Will.
    +2 Concentration and Heal.
Suggestion:  +1 AB and damage vs Oozes. There's no FE Ooze, and I think that it would fit nicely into the "wierd shit" category here.

Construct
    2/- DR bludgeoning.
    +1 electrical damage vs constructs.
Suggestion: +5 EFUSS Engineering? +2 H/MS in urban areas?  I feel this could be a great way to give an "urban ranger" option for CoR's setting. Somone who treats the crumbling streets and rat filled alleys as their hunting grounds.

Disorder

Regarding  abberations: they're way more common than people suspect. While I've been playing my elven ranger, I've been toying with tracking command a lot and that made me wondering what f.e. equals to message "tracks of strange creature" in combat log. Answer from Halfbrood was that it's abberation. Without going into further details, 'cause EfU likes FOIG principle, I can firmly say that abberations are very common and represented by strong and annoying to deal with foes.
With that being said I still like your idea to add a property one of f.e. feats so it would affect oozes. To me vermins seem as better choice. You do find oozes in the areas where vermins are plenty. The most common monsters marked as vermins aren't overly strong so I don't think adding additional property atop of what vermin perk offers will cause any imbalance.

As for constructs: I love your idea, especially a part about adding minor bonus for stealth in urban areas.

Jello!

Maybe we could add "Carve X from golem"? As far as I know there are golems and people do hunt them for one reason or another.
