H'balan Themed Quests from Chapter 3 retooled as Gourdland Quests for Yevethax?

Same as suggestion title, but basically, it seems a shame not to use all those cool h'bala themed spawns (such as withered druids and their maggots) and retool them for Yevethax or similar...

They would also be a good fit for that one place with all the maggots. I for one welcome more sneak attackable undead.
