What?: The leatherworker from Webber's Wonders before its fall to resume work elsewhere, making custom-wear leather armor.

Why?: It's a harmless request. It's just a return of an NPC that lets you custom-tailor your leather and studded leather armor outfits. There's currently an absence of leatherworking, while you can still get mail and plate armor commissioned as well as tailored outfits.

Extra: If that NPC died during the fall of Webber's Wonders, another leatherworker could lift up the mantle in the property of the Worshipful Guild of Clothiers in the Burgage. A human named Nikita Degteryov, a retired huntsman and leatherworker.

Or, hey, the leftover Butcher NPC in Ticker Square who buys hides could get into the business of leatherworking.
