Bug: Virulent PC Deaths

Hello! I had a situation tonight where an exploding minion of Olina appeared to kill a nearby pc, despite the fact she was on subdual mode.  Should emphasize the following:

Summon: Biting Insect Swarm
Spell: Virulent Death Bomb (Acid)

After checking the chat logs, I suspect the system might be having issues as to who is killing what, depending on what triggers their explosion. Please investigate!
