Monk Shop / Stances

Can this whole set up be moved from the seam and places in the rings somewhere?  I think a class shop and ability to get class abilities (stances) should be easier to get.  Right now you have to wait for a seam to spawn which is very rare in itself and then find the seam.

Other class shops are much more available without any randomness.  Bards can get songs from I believe 3 places and rogues just have to open a door.

By just changing the NPCs I believe there's a few places this might fit in the outer rings.
