Combine Potion and Wand Cap Limits

At the moment wand users (and mostly multiclass builds that use UMD) have a huge advantage over others due to the limitations. I would propose combining the two and increasing the total limit slightly (maybe to like 200 potions or 150 potions an 2 wands etc). Wands would be 25 points as opposed to max 6 (with 25 charges each).

As it stands your classic fighter/rogue multiclass build has access to double the resources (if you don't include scrolls) that say a typical fighter does. I believe the above change would provide a little more balance while not punishing less mechanically powerful builds and would mean, wand users would also have to practice resource management. When you consider as well a pretty common wand for people to get for PvP is a dispel wand, it makes it significantly more powerful because of the limitation on potions, while the wand user can have 150 potions and 150 charges of spells like dispel/haste etc.
