You desire to purchase the old Wheel Tower, but are unsure if you'll recuperate the loss. Here is my proposal;

1. You purchase the Tower and you leave finding other tenants for me. Until then, I'll split the rent with you. 450 a week is more than manageable.

2. I pay you back 1000 once the election is over.

3. A room in the Tower is reserved as your office, the upstairs is converted into storage and a lounge for like-minded individuals who wish for privacy away from prying eyes (like Vellyn Lhyrian)

4. The ground floor is converted into communal housing, with beds, storage, a tawla board and whatever else may be needed of our tenants. Each tenant would take on a chunk of the weekly rent, until it is essentially worth pennies to maintain. With 3 tenants, that is 300 a month, with 4, it is 225, with 5 it is 180. You see the math.

You get all the space you need to do what you need upstairs for Rossan business and perhaps some Interleague co-operation for the good of the city, a society of sorts like the ones we had for esteemed gentlemen in the Peerage Ward of our fathers, and I get to provide the city more shelter for those in need until more drastic measures can be invested in.

The more likeminded projects such as this I can aid in sponsoring, the more projects alone I can sponsor. Community shall be the way forward, Luther, you shall see. Down the line I will be more than happy to take your end of the rent as well, and you may charge for entry into the upper floor as a long-term investment.

Tell me what you think, my friend, but I think it is a stand up idea.
