Legate Domhnall Guivarch (W.) and Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) allot 15,000 dinars to the Cinquefoil Rose (with 5,500 dinars to the Balladeers of the Lost Hearth, 5,500 dinars to the Banda Rossa, and 4,000 dinars to the Sisters of the Sibylline Vine), 15,000 dinars to the Fourth Legion, and 15,000 dinars to the Astronomers of Q'tolip. For ancillary allotments, the Legates allot 2,500 dinars to the Scribes of the Sublime Garden.
6 Nisah ⠀	The Nisah elections of IY 7788 for the seat of Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) begins. ⠀
7 Nisah ⠀	A great host of Meleks move towards the war in Rampart Nusrum, presumably to reinforce the Host of Diakos. Ephia's Well sally forth for glory and ruin, led by Balestriere Mirielle Rosseau. The main bulk of the Meleks were routed, over a thousand corpses strewn. ⠀
11 Nisah ⠀	For their candidate in the Nisah election, the League of Gold selects Ariel Hysair, the League of Purple selects Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.), and the League of White selects Ricario Cassella. ⠀
12 Nisah ⠀	The Red Storm. Ephia's Well rallies to do battle with an orc clan that has been fallen into the savage worship of some blood-beast, and seemingly irradiated by the Blood Star Plague.  ⠀
19 Nisah ⠀	The law of unauthorised descent is raised by Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) and Legate Domhnall Guivarch (W.) on the eve of the election results of Nisah IY 7788. It would become a trend for outgoing Legates to make dramatic (and unpopular) changes to Ephia's Well's Penal Code just before their term concludes. ⠀
19 Nisah ⠀	Ricario Cassella of the League of White is elected Legate of Ephia's Well with 28 votes. Ariel Hysair of the League of Gold wins 21 votes and Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) of the League of Purple wins 11 votes. A White Monochromacy between Legate Ricario Cassella (W.) and Legate Domhnall Guivarch (W.) begins. ⠀
20 Nisah ⠀	An assembly is conducted. Legate Ricario Cassella (W.) transfers 118,000 dinars to the Sisterhood District Construction Fund. ⠀
21 Nisah ⠀	An assembly is conducted. Legate Ricario Cassella (W.) and Legate Domhnall Guivarch (W) allot 30,000 dinars to the Cinquefoil Rose (with 20,000 dinars to the Sisterhood District Construction Fund and 10,000 dinars to the Banda Rossa), 10,000 dinars to the Fourth Legion, and 5,000 dinars to the Astronomers of Q'tolip. ⠀
22 Nisah ⠀	While the so-called 'Vagrancy Law', which disproportionately punishes impoverished and dispossessed refugees, have yet to be repealed, refugees start to stream into Ephia's Well. Most claim that with a White Monochromacy, there is shelter to be had for them beneath the Shade, even as scuffles break out betwixt them and the Janissaries of the Fourth Legion. A Scarab of the Fourth Legion is said to have struck at one of the refugees, triggering a riot which led to many dead. Legate Ricario Cassella (W.) blames the Legion for their "brutality and barbarism". Tensions run hot and there are talks of 'checkpoints'. ⠀
