I believe both your superiors and mine would appreciate efforts to contribute to the Ephia's Well treasury. There are many acts which require a license. Some of our people require to buy a liscense and do not even know it yet. I have seen many jobs on this board that almost certainly require an archaeological license. Spelunking in ancient tombs for treasure seems like archaeology to me. Plenty of adventurers also engage in trading via selling their goods in the Souk. Greater enforcement of these measures means either fines or more lawful purcahase of licensees which gives more money to the treasury and thus will increase our budgets.
