Various fliers are scattered across the wastes and within Ephia's Well, all bearing a similar message: "Lift The Ban"

The ban on the Wyrm is a refusal to accept that decay gives way to renewal, that chaos breeds creation, and that only through destruction can we make room for something new. By fearing the Wyrm, we have imprisoned ourselves in cycles of stagnation, terrified of the very change that could bring us strength. 

Do not let the fear of the Wyrm's blind you to the truth: we cannot avoid change, no matter how tightly we hold on. We must let go and let the spiral turn; return to the Wheel as it was meant to be, not this aberration of faith we have created.
