La Banda Rossa,
I extend to you greetings and salutations. This evening after some gambling winnings I find myself looking over my map. It raises with me some questions. I understand that recently you have been contracted to, and I quote "Patrol the Route to Ramieton" for the mere sum of 8,000 dinar a month.

People continue to say "Ramieton is an Ally" when I walk the streets of Ephia's Well. People continue to talk of "Trade Partners" when I speak of Ephia's ties to Ramieton. From a purely economic forecasting standpoint, I wish to submit a contract for appraisal:

What price would it cost for La Banda Rossa to suprress mercenary company known as the "Brown Hawks", and through efforts see Ramieton not merely an "Ally", but to see its leadership swear itself as Satrtapy to Ephia's Well and the Sultanate?

Many of the Candidates speak of our "Neighbors", but we need not neighbors, we need not trade partners, we need not some "Ephian Embassy of Ramieton" as the Deputy Chief Scribe currently holds there.  That they would take up citizenship, that their businesses and taxes to our treasury, that they would become the first step towards more.  I would not labor you unduly with the occupation nor governance of such a territory, such is after all what the Janissary are for.

But as La Rossa's reputation speaks for itself and your force of arms-  a powerful opening gambit to shake the gates and crack their spirits, that we might arrange their submission. For due compensation of course to your company.
