As was spoken with the Legate Linwood, herein the initial workings of the Contract. Given the extenuating circumstances discussed within the meeting of the situation at hand I am glad to offer forth my services to the Pyramid. There have been some slight alterations having done my own private assessment of the matter: Regarding of course the conditions of the Refugee in question, the likelihood of skilled labor, the learning curve of works therein among the Tlonssiyan, and more.

I bid you overlook the contract in question, please see the revised version to Legate Linwood, and offer my proposal to the Legate Lhyrian. Negotiation of course I am amenable at the Legate's leisure or if they wish to empower you in negotiation for such.

Offering for Consideration

Approached by the Scribe Amani al-Ibrahim regarding her proposal of my experience and efforts regarding Caravaneering, as supported by the late Legate Faith, she and I met with Legate Linwood for an initial discussion of the problem facing Ephia's Well regarding the Tlonssiyan Chattel Obligation.

Of the first: An initial offering of 1500 dinar for a full dossier expressing the difficulties faced of the obligation, potential solutions and mitigations to said difficulties, and further assessment of potential solution. 750 dinar paid up front, 750 upon delivery of the Dossier.

Of the Second: Should the matter of the First be found agreeable and satisfied and dossier to the Pyramid's liking we would then move forward on the Second. The Title of "Contractor" as created in relation to the District Project would be bestowed upon Ruital ibn-Kharim to serve as counsel and advisor per the experience mentioned in the initial approach of Scribe Amani al-Ibrahim. The wage, set to a meager 4 dinar, ensuring a per diem for logistics and planning opportunities and availability at leisure of Legate Linwood, Legate Lhyrain, and Scribe al-Ibrahim towards the resolution of this obligation in question.

Of the Third: Should the First and Second be satisfactory, upon the third a sum of 5,000 dinar severance upon completion of the problem, and forfeiture of title of Contractor, for resolution to the problem in question.

Of the Fourth: The Tlonssiyan Government will be inquired and should they deem themselves satisfied in which the Ephian Government has finally upheld its obligation, a sweetening sum of 3,000 dinar added to the Third as severance for delivery of chattel.

I know all too well the woes the Pyramid face, post-election and more grips. Not a worry nor of rush.

I should also write to inform that I have been extended the possibility of the title of "Palatial Advocate", its current holder considering me a possible replacement and successor. Though I am inclined to believe such a thing should simply be disbanded and named of the Scribes duties. However the current Advocate has requested I speak with the Legates on such.

As it is not permissible or possible to obtain two tiles this creates a natural wrinkle in affairs, so it shall be a matter of seeing where their thoughts lay as additional items of such a nature come forward.

I am of course, in no rush for such a thing.
