Please consider transferring the Casa Manta to Durk or myself.  The place has become quite dear to me it would be a shame to see the oven lost it's unlikely the next tenant will be able to afford it.

It's a hard job.  ah get it.  ritz walked off into the wastes the same way one day. 

Durk, You did good bartending ah hope you want this.
