Unleash Undead and Allies

Can the Unleash/Release Undead be made to work with the /c setally feature?

At present, when used, it makes undead that are hostile to everyone but the necromancer who released them, which isn't terribly conductive to including others in your awesome necromancy cult stuff.

That's very much intentional. They are not the creators. When you release your binding, at most you can expect them to possibly not be hostile to you, though even that may not hold forever. There's no need for them to be neutral to anyone else.
