Prominent figures update

Prominent figure lists are a great motivation for people to work hard and strive to be proactive. I think that it is great for the new players and current players alike to have general knowledge of important figures, both NPC and PC, and so I feel like a thread should be updated as often as possible in order to keep things relevant and motivating.

I think that if the DMs are having a difficult time settling on any particular figures that are worthy of "major prominence" then the addition of a "minor prominence" category would be good as well... as SC says, this is a huge thing in the eyes of many players and I know when I first got here I spent a good hour going through and reading over the old Mistlocke prominence thread, learning a lot about old cool PCs...

I personally only skimmed that section myself, because it's usually easier to get the current events IG or from other sections of the forum.

I'd be curious to see how many people feel passionate about seeing it updated more regularly!

I'm locking this thread. Making regular updates on the thread isn't something I'm particularly interested in doing, maybe other DMs will take a look at it though!
