Character Portraits

Is it possible to change a character portrait after creation?  If so, how?

Actually, sort of! If it's a custom portrait, you can just replace the portrait with a portrait of the same name.

If it's one of the default ones, then there's pretty much nothing you can do. (I mean, short of giving everyone override portraits that would apply to everyone using that portrait)
