Feathered hats

Not a very big thing, mostly for a future concept to add some flair, but was wondering of if feathered hats could be implemented... I think its in a hak or something...

I found some old screenshots and remembered this thread. There is one of the feathered hats. They can be implemented a couple ways, though the most common way is as a robe or cloak model.
