Lair Miscellaneous Suggestions

-High-Quality Fabric Bundles be able to be turned into the Duergar Fortress lair, and other lairs too if this isn't already possible?  

-Lairs producing trade things that can be turned into other lairs (rothe dung, the bones of their dead, iron ingots, etc)

-Raise the weight of these trade items significantly and have an OOC note in their descriptions that say only so many can be carried at once.  This would force lairs to be smart about how they transport it and leave their "trade caravans" open to being raided by other PCs.  

I think this would encourage those with lairs to interact with one another more and possibly even fight/steal trade resources from "caravans".

Have the ability to raise an army of NPCs which can be used for offensive purposes such as attacking sanctuary in the event the character holding it is a villian.

This can already be done at DM discretion. Naturally, it will be at the expense of your lair guardians.
