Tuul'p Mossgem Trunkshroom is BROKEN!

After the intended spice of a quest, which went a bit wrong due to Tuul'p getting the fuge and a crash...NC tried to restore the charactre back to the day befor. As then i would have my stuff back-which was lost in the crash.
 
It all seemed well and swell,  but i noticed after a while that each time i log on, im back where i was restored. I lose all xp and all gold and all items i found SINCE the restoring point.
 
Which is less fun, i can say.
 
PLease someone help fix little Trunksshroom. Allso NC deleted ALL chars from my account so its hard to play anything else.
 
I would appreciate if someone could assist me.
