Old Stones Door to Basement

The door dialogue isn't working for my character any longer, I'm not even asked if I want to come in.

I set my spawn point and spoke with the doorman. This is something that happened to me sincethe last two days.

The door occasionally bugs. Getting a DM to open and lock it manually usually clears the bug. I think it may have something to do with players manually closing the door after themselves. But I'm unsure.
