How to bypass "Waiting on Master Server"

This isn't important if you use the launcher some DM provided a while back or if you auto-connect through nwn, but if, like me, you don't then it can get annoying to have to wait for the "waiting on master server" message to time out every time.

I found this on the CoA forums and it works fine for me:

Basically, append "0.0.0.0 nwmaster.bioware.com" to your "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" file.
