EFUSRE: Skill Bug / Dexterity / Intelligence

There is a bug with my gnome. He has started getting a "EFUSRE DEBUG" message when i log in saying something about "hideskillpoints".
 
Basically it has messed up my skill points, i have gained +4 Move Silently and lost Persuade points and heal points. I have double checked by removing all his equipment etc.
