It would be pleasant if the stat bonuses and penalties worked the same way racial ones do on EfU - that is to say, permanent rather than in the form of a permanent buff.

On the other hand, Stalkers probably don't need the little boost that would provide.

It'd help them not need to rest after being subdued, to apply the bonuses, which can also negate the WIS penalty I believe. I can't see any way for them to bypass the +12 cap regardless, that sort of thing is normally only able to be done by clerics with the strength domain or barbarians.

I remember that Scion Perk stats would be easily dispelled as well. I guess that the same will happen to Stalker.
