Camp fires

I personally love setting fires. However, there's a number of areas where one can't set fires. As an RP tool it would be nice to set fires (using oil) on top of the ziggurat, on the docks, and outside the gates.

I'd add the area that has Johan's Mill to this list of places that should allow campfires.

Would it be okay to set campfires in any zone? I mean, in some zones it's not allowed to rest, right? Resting in quest areas is disabled. So wouldn't it be okay to remove the restriction on campfires and-
