Accepting formal applications now to play minions of H'bala.

Some faction perks include

- Withered base HQ and access to H'bala NPC's.

- Easier access to Pale Master PRC

- Champion of H'bala PRC - This will be the same as a normal Champion, with a few extra perks. Details of this can be learned in game.

- Access to Blackguard status. (Though this one will be particularly difficult)

To the H'bala cultists that took part in the events that I've run over the past month, there has been top notch roleplay all around. Thanks for the good times everyone.

On to business then. My vacation time is over so I'm going to be going back to the in-active branch of DM'ing for the next few months. If you have any questions about this faction, any DM should be able to help you.

And, due to player actions and a metaplot coming to a close, this faction is done.

Players can still play H'bala cultists and enthusiasts, but there will no longer be a formal base of operations, or a forum.
