The issue will come up soon enough so -

Adjust call lightning to fit the new setting and to not rely upon rain ;) I believe it currently does 1d10 / level to all targets if raining. I suggest making it do 1d8 to all targets now, and if possible, change the graphic to represent rockfalls or such?
