Directorate Herald Sendings

Somewhat self serving suggestion but I think it would be nice if Directors could make sendings via Heralds (or the Chief Herald) for official announcements only. Adds a little bit of the gravitas you tend to get when NPC Directors use them for their announcements to the PC Directors.

Basically like a beggar sending but made through a Herald NPC and only available to Directors.
