Scavenger Perk

I'm not really sure if having the flies animation fits the perk all the way.  While some people would be smelly I imagine. I don' see in the current setting all scavengers being trash diggers, since there are massive machine ruins and other Underdark places too.

In short, I suggest the animation be removed since it can be applied I believe in the OOC area if you want to be a smelly nasty character.
