Love this quest a lot of thought has clearly gone into it and I would say its one of the more challenging quests in the module, has pretty much every kind of encounter you could expect.

That being said I would like to make a couple of suggestions:-

If the last part is overcome I think it would be good for there to be some piles of gold, seems an appropriate place to put some and would offer a bit more balance of risk/reward.

Also I think the level cap should be increased from 10 to 11 or 12. (Based on its difficulty compare to other quests). Also increase the experience reward slightly.

I don't think this quest is done often would be nice to see these minor changes. Fully encourage people to give it a go regardless.

It's an incredibly risky quest with death attacks, lengthy duration, and a cumbersome number of the boulder traps that people all love. It's a cool quest with IG lore and beautiful descriptions but the treasure table is really bland, the exp reward is low, and it could use an increase in the level cap.

At the moment it's very rarely done and for good reason. It's been in the module for years and no one has ever been willing to do it with me until last week, and not because of the difficulty. Everyone just tells me it's not worth doing. It's been a common suggestion for 2 years now, but this quest could use some alterations to make the risks and time investments have a worthy payout.

I understand the final encounter is still bugged. The last two times we have done it different DM's have had to rectify the TPK's that have occurred.
