Add a verification to registration

Hi! Predatory bots keep spamming the introduction to group management forum and I think it would be great if they couldn't. Either adding a question like "Who is the mayor of sanctuary" or "What is D&D setting is EFU based in" or something easy would prevent bots from getting in.

We're aware of the issue. We do have verification in the form of a Captcha in place, but we're exploring other options currently.
