While it's cool the high level power allows for full Restoration, If you're poisoned or diseased there's absolutely nothing that can be done, short of rest, if you're under level 8 which seems fairly insurmountable a hurdle.

Some quests hit you out the gate And while I get part of RSD is preparation or equipment, sometimes the Underdark throws you a curveball. Having to have a party wait for an entire rest cycle or being basically inept for an entire cycle just seems off kilter.

Maybe have the lower Heal ability give remove disease ala Paladins? Or let Antivenom and Salutory tonic allow lesser restoration?

I wouldn't mind a [/c fighter_perk restore] on the same timer as the Heal, so then I have to choose between HP and ability damage. But I'd definitely take either of your suggestions in a heartbeat.

Salutory Tonics and Antidotes cure diseases and poisons and most RD's have a very significant investment into heal. However having an option for things like level drain would be nice.

IIRC antidotes don't heal the stats drain from poison though.

There's so many low level poison/disease +2 items in low/mid-level quests (and even that Doughty underwarrior set has it and a +1 fort as well! Barbarian/Fighter-Only loot here forces these resists on you lol) I had a bag of kobold and half blood rings, yuan-ti and troglodyte belts, sarrukh mantles and fighter boots, serpent circlets -> it just keeps going on.

RSD's can't use potions so you really do need to keep at it with your item collections, or just go after different foes to hunt. No 'one' character is meant to be able to fight 'everything' without repercussions, game would be a bit too easy otherwise. Keep at hunting that lootz! Part of the fun is amassing those treasures so when a group takes you down there's something for everyone.
