Private IC Letters Forum for NPCs

I'd like to suggest that a new IC forum is created where players can write IC letters to NPCs. This forum would be private so that only the original poster and the DMs can read them.

The intent would be to allow players to write very spoiler heavy posts to NPCs that wouldn't ruin any surprises for other players. When I usually have a spoilers filled letter to write, I'll just PM it to the recipient. This isn't as simple to do when it comes to NPCs, however, because a multitude of DMs might be the ones to reply.

Plus, it would also cut down on metagaming.
