Add spawnpoints between ring 87 and 79

There are currently no spawn points in ring 86 t/m 80, nor does your spawn point automatically update to these new rings.

Please consider adding some!

IIRC, there's one in 86. I think 83 and 80, in particular, would be hugely convenient spots for a spawn point/camp.
