As the title says. Also I think some wererat built sails for the rat raft out of peerage cloaks for the scummy people, so maybe a means to sail from there to the same destinations as well :)

The boat from 99 to 82 was a good feature. I like how it balanced cost and time. Having a group go was more cost effective and it is a easier to have the characters talk on the boat as compared to running through the rings.

I like that it breaks up the linearity of the gameworld too.  I think it also supports a more incremental approach to ring running, which probably translates into more players getting to and enjoying more areas more of the time.

Having the Muckboys run a boat out of the harbor, and having smuggler option in the Drips (and catacombs) fits.

I also suggest adding an overland option as well; a version of which already exists in the game world to a small degree. You and your party could follow a caravan or black cart wagon train for a fixed time to fast travel through some rings. Maybe an underdark leg that connects Underweald to say ring 84 or 87, and another leg that connects 84/87 to 76 or 66.
