Tell Filter Option to NOT see when people send you tells

Right now when people send you tells while tell filter is enabled in silence mode, you see a message "Tell from (character name) blocked."

But one of the huge advantages of tell filter is that it lets you be more immersive with less disruptions, but this message is itself a disruption!

My suggestion is that we have an option to turn off this message with the tell filter, so some people can still see it, but some of us can not see it. It just seems like it'd be handy.
