Make Bloodcrazed Rage (Furor) apply to Off Hand as well

Tala says he doesn't currently have time to look at this change or apply it.

Maybe someone else does.

Suggestion speaks for itself, see topic subject.

This matters to me since I play a pure class Barbarian with a Handaxe in Main Hand and a Handaxe in Off Hand.
